Via motorway A5Drive onto motorway A5, direction Basel. Exit the motorway at junction Weil am Rhein/Lörrach. Follow the course of motorway A98 towards Lörrach and exit at Lörrach-Mitte. Drive over the large junction. At the roundabout take the first exit. At the 3rd traffic light (Jet petrol station on the left) turn right. Turn right again at the next street and follow the course of the road until you have reached the Sixt branch on the right-hand side. By public transportationTake the train towards Basel and exit at Lörrach Schwarzwaldstrasse. Walk down the stairs towards the industrial area and turn right. The Sixt branch is located on the right-hand side. The Sixt branch is located approximately 200 m from the train station.

Sixt accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover or JCB credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards cannot be accepted as a method of payment. Sixt only accepts Maestro/V PAY cards for van and truck rentals and vehicles up to group F*** (excluding Sports & Luxury Cars). Vehicles from the PDMR group and higher, as well as special cars, can only be rented on presentation of a credit card accepted by Sixt or means of identification authorized by Sixt. Payment with a Maestro/VPAY card is not permitted for long-term rentals. The means of payment must be in the name of a renter, be presented when the vehicle is picked up and be valid for at least 30 days at that time. Sixt reserves the right to only accept credit card payments in connection with the PIN.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Travel Restrictions
Cross border rentals and territorial restrictions
Territorial restrictions:
The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
Sports & luxury cars may enter only in Zone 1 countries. Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen cars up to group L*** are allowed to enter only in Zone 1 countries as well as Poland and the Czech Republic, while X*** cars are only allowed to enter in Zone 1 countries. Vehicles of all other brands may enter only in the zones 1 and 2.
Trucks, vans, people carriers and minibuses of all brands may only be driven in zones 1 and 2.
Entry into any country in zone 3 is not permitted.
The local transport of the vehicle by ferry is permitted in compliance with the above-mentioned entry restrictions. Damage to the vehicle during the crossing will be covered according to the protection booked in the rental contract.
In case of offence against cross border and territorial restrictions all liability restrictions lose their validity. Only the protection of the liability insurance remains.
Charges when traveling abroad:
A fee is charged for all trips abroad in accordance with the above-mentioned territorial restrictions. This fee is in addition to the one-way fee in case of a one-way rental.
